$ 10,000 Debt Collection Lawsuit Withdrawn by Creditor!

 LVNV Funding v. R.H.: I represented alleged debtor in this lawsuit where Rubin and Rothman represented LVNV Funding.  On the day of trial, when plaintiff realized they did not have proper evidence in admissible form, they withdrew their action with prejudice.
